These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Astratelier, a service operated by GLAM Business Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 29 685 131 506, “GLAM Business Consulting”, “Astratelier”, “we”, “us”), an Australian company, available at astratelier.ai (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Astratelier is

Astratelier provides AI-assisted astrology: a natal chart reading, daily and on-demand transit readings, and a conversational assistant (“Astra”). Our interpretations are produced by combining astronomical calculations with our own interpretive methodology and large language models.

2. For insight and entertainment — not professional advice

Astratelier is intended for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment only. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in your readings or in conversations with Astra constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it to make important decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters. Astrological interpretation is not a science, and outcomes are not predicted or guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping access to your email secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate birth details — the quality of your reading depends on them.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans (Luminary, Constellation, and Cosmos) are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• We may change prices or plan features with reasonable advance notice. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

The Service delivers digital content immediately. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you — including the consumer guarantees that services be provided with due care and skill. Where you are an EU consumer with a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, by starting to use a paid feature you ask us to begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right once the digital content has been supplied. Beyond these rights, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, though we may consider refunds at our discretion — contact us if something went wrong.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce our interpretive methodology, prompts, or underlying systems;
• scrape, bulk-download, resell, or provide the Service to third parties;
• access the Service through automated means or interfere with its operation or security;
• misuse Astra, including attempts to make it ignore its instructions or produce content outside its purpose.

8. AI-generated content

Readings and Astra’s replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. They are offered “as is” for your personal use. Do not treat AI output as factual statements about real-world events or people.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, interpretive methodology, and prompts, is owned by GLAM Business Consulting Pty Ltd and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and to keep your own readings for personal, non-commercial use. Your birth data and account remain yours.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features, and we rely on third-party providers whose availability we do not control.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on your readings or conversations with Astra. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law; where our liability can be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the Service or the cost of doing so.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts — without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country or jurisdiction in which you reside.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date and, where the changes are material, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
